THE COOK SHOP STRAWBERRY & SPINACH SALAD
1 cup of sliced fresh strawberries,
3 big handfuls of fresh spinach,
1/2 cup of crumbled goat cheese,
1/2 cup of raw pecans,
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar,
2 tablespoons of honey,
1/2 cup of olive oil, and
Cajun and Creole Cook Shop Seasonings.
Combine the spinach, strawberries, goat cheese, and
pecans in a large bowl.
Stir the balsamic vinegar and honey together in a separate bowl;
slowly stream the olive oil into the mixture while whisking continuously. Season with both Cook Shop Seasonings. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
